Good food but very slow, poor service.

I think the place has real promise, but they have to pick up their game on the food and the ambiance. And, for all the Maryland decor, I would expect more local brews and regional dishes (especially seafood since it's in Port Tobacco). If you're in the area, I recommend a stop by to check the place out, but maybe only for a drink until they get their act together.
Great service and really good food. The staff is super friendly and attentive. The only only thing that I found a little off is that they do not accept credit cards, only cash and they have an ATM on the premise.
For being there at 8pm on a Saturday, I also would have expected a little live music on the cool stage near the bar.
The venue is great and is a welcome addition to southern Maryland because the decor portrays a particular Maryland pride. The cream of crab soup, however, does not. It's literally just cream and crab, so ask for some Old Bay when you order it to kick up the flavor.

In addition to the soup, I got the bison burger, which wasn't bad but wasn't particularly great either; and my wife got the Ruben, which she liked. The fries were the depressing steak fries you find at most chain restaurants.
